LOHAS Victorian Facing bricks are known for a reputation of excellence. They are universally know to have a "Special Quality" in particular when exposed to extreme weather conditions. The origins of these bricks are from the UK and Ireland; countries that typically experience high impact weather conditions. They are blended from marls, rich carbonated stones, and then dried with very precise humidity control, made possible by the latest automated control equipment. Vitrification takes place in modern gas-fired kilns to temperatures in excess of 1130 degrees Celsius. These bricks are designed to last for hundreds of years.
